As well as showing the viewer the planet’s beauty, Planet Earth II focuses on the advances in technology and science that allows us to explore and better understand it. Also, it cover the incredible wildlife that populates the very varied ecosystems that Sir David Attenborough has helped preserve throughout his career.

Each chapter is dedicated to an environment, whether familiar or completely unknown. From the deepest, darkest jungles to desolated deserts, this book talks about all the conditions that make life in those places not only possible, but beautiful.
