Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes, we ship worldwide every working day. We ship 90% of orders within 24 hours. 

Postage costs are based on weight of the books being ordered.

I live in the EEA, will I have to pay any customs fees?

Can I return an item?

You can if the item is not as described.

If the item is as described but you want to return it please contact us via orders@setantabooks.com and let us know why you want to return your book. We will refund you via whatever payment method you used once your item gets back to us as long as it’s in the same condition.

How can I pay?

You can pay via PayPal or pay securely with your debit/credit card

How are your books packed?

We pack all our books ourselves, using hard cardboard mailers (specifically designed for books) and ensure every parcel is well wrapped with extra packaging to avoid corner bumps or any other damage. We alsways use recycled materials for packaging
