Do you ship outside the UK?

Yes, we ship worldwide every working day. Orders placed before 2 pm (GMT) will be shipped on the same day. The price of the postage varies depending on the weight.

I live in the EEA, will I have to pay any customs fees?

Since January 31st 2020, new rules and restrictions apply for imports and exports between the UK and Europe. If you are worried about extra custom fees or have been made to pay them when trying to retrieve your parcel, please contact sofia@setantabooks.com

Can I return an item?

You can if the item is not as described.

If the item is as described but you want to return it please contact us via orders@setantabooks.com and let us know why you want to return your book. We will refund you via whatever payment method you used once your item gets back to us as long as it’s in the same condition.

How can I pay?

You can pay via PayPal or pay securely with your debit/credit card (processed by Worldpay).

How are your books packed?

We pack all our books ourselves, using hard cardboard mailers (specifically designed for books) and ensure every parcel is well wrapped with extra packaging to avoid corner bumps or any other damage.
