Response/d/ing is the result of an 18-month call and response project between Cordtz and Tattersall. This series of collages which employs the mediums of typewriters, darkrooms, paints, pencils, crayons, and papers works as a visual dialogue between two artists who have never met. Response/d/ing is an analog series using the physical creations and the postal service to send each response on its journey across the Atlantic Ocean creating a series of non-textual communication between artists and friends.
