About Recorder
Recorder is a collection of immersive images that Lichtenstein took for almost twenty years. She revisits them and redistributes them, creating a new layered project. Recorder is a three-part series of images that meditate on waste and its environmental impact. The artist explores the terrible consequences of single-use plastics, accumulation of dangerous and toxic substances in the detritus of the earth and our own role in all of this.
