Arnoldas Stramskas is completing his dissertation in the Department of Philosophy and Social Critique at Vytautas Magnus University (Kaunas, Lithuania), which explores trasnforming governmentalities, control, collectivities, and resistance in relation to cybernetic and digital developments and practices. The research aims to identify and reflect upon conflicting but overlapping areas of participation, visibility, and publicness as well as infrastructural, logistical, and invisible policing effects. Arnoldas has published in various academic and non-academic outlets and has been a co-founder and collaborator of various grassroots political, educational and cultural initiatives and projects in Lithuania and beyond.
